ANGELICA -- A 46-year-old Belmont man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated following a reported complaint on Wednesday.

According to New York State Police, Troopers and the Angelica Town Police were investigating a report of an erratic operator when they located and interviewed Donald W. Schultz as he was exiting his vehicle at the Birdsall Inn.
