Lancaster's Sicurella member of Ashland Univ. track and field team

ASHLAND, Ohio -- Brandon Sicurella of Depew, is a member of Ashland University's Track and Field team.

Sicurella, who is majoring in sport management, is a 2014 graduate of Lancaster Central High School. Sicurella, a junior, competes in throwing for the Eagles.

The Ashland University men's and women's track and field team competes in NCAA Division II in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC). The Eagles are led by head coach Jud Logan, now entering his 23rd season as a coach and his 12th season as head coach. The Eagles play their home games at Ferguson Field located next to the football stadium. The Eagles hope to return to the top of the GLIAC with a mixture of veterans and new faces in key positions.
