It's estimated that over 600,000 Americans die from heart disease each year. Do you know if you are at risk, and what you can do to take charge of your heart health?

Catholic Health is sponsoring a community dinner program entitled, "Heart-to-Heart: Preventing and Treating Heart Disease"on Thursday, August 30, 2018 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Como Restaurant, 2220 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls. Registration begins at 5:00 p.m.
