Buffalo State women’s soccer earns 0-0 draw at Kenyon

GAMBIER, O.H. -- Buffalo State mounted a late push, but could not break through in a 0-0 draw at Kenyon today in a non-conference contest.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • The opening 90 minutes was tightly contested with each team attempting just seven shots apiece.
  • The Bengals opened the attack in overtime, outshooting Kenyon 6-1 in the two extra periods, but were still unable to find the back of the goal.
  • Buffalo State finished with a 13-8 advantage in shots for the game, while Kenyon held a 6-1 edge in shots on goal.
  • Taylor Carillo (Pine Bush/Pine Bush) made six saves in goal for the shutout.
 
FOR THE FOES

  • Jillian Countey needed to make just one save for Kenyon.
