BUFFALO, N.Y. -- U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Levon Dickson, 44, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute, and distribution of, cocaine, was sentenced to serve 60 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Brendan T. Specifically, on three occasions, Dickson sold cocaine to an undercover law enforcement officer. On August 3, 2017, a search warrant was executed at the defendant’s residence and officers recovered cocaine and items used to distribute cocaine.
The sentencing is the culmination of an investigation on the part of the Drug Enforcement Administration, under the direction of Special Agent-in-Charge James J. Hunt, New York Field Division.
