STAFF REPORTS

ALMOND -- A 27-year-old Scio man was charged with DWI and leaving the scene of an accident on Saturday by New York State Police.

According to NYSP, during their investigation of a one-car accident on County Road 11, James G. He failed standardized field sobriety tests. Hardy was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.09% BAC.
