All WNY News to celebrate Shark Week again with week-long commentary

For the second straight year, All WNY News will provide daily updates on the best week of the year -- if you're a shark fanatic, that is. 

Sylvia Papineau -- or Sylly as she's known here -- will offer up daily commentary on Discover Channel's Shark Week 2019 specials. The Arcade resident and self-proclaimed Shark Week 'finatic' has been given free reign to discuss whatever she chooses with regards to the 30th anniversary of the week-long celebration. 

Shark week kicks off on Sunday in Discovery Channel.
