New York Army National Guard promotions announced

LATHAM -- Major General Ray Shields, the Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capability for additional responsibility and leadership.

  • Patricia Desiato from Spencerport and assigned to the 105th Military Police Company received a promotion to the rank of Second Lieutenant.
  • Kevin Allen from Lancaster and assigned to the 105th Military Police Company received a promotion to the rank of Private.
  • Kyle Roy from Alden and assigned to the 105th Military Police Company received a promotion to the rank of Specialist.
  • Zachary Stabler from Snyder and assigned to the 152nd Engineer Support Company received a promotion to the rank of Private.
  • Ben Noe from Buffalo and assigned to the 152nd Engineer Support Company received a promotion to the rank of Specialist.
  • Peter Saxman from Corfu and assigned to the 222nd Military Police Company received a promotion to the rank of Private First Class.
